Bryce recently joined the Classy Grass team. His extensive background enables him to contribute effectively to our landscaping team.
He works closely with the owner, Cody Weber, and fellow team member Korley Golladay, continually expanding his knowledge and skills in landscaping. Bryce is a great team player and brings laughs and great work ethic to the job site.
Matt
A valued member of our landscaping crew, Matt skillfully balances his time between Classy Grass and serving his community at the local fire department.
He is a devoted husband and proud father of three children. Matt brings valuable experience with heavy equipment and a strong ability to collaborate effectively with his team to every job site.
Cody
Cody is the owner and operator of Classy Grass. He leads the company with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Dedicated to supporting the local community, Cody makes it a priority to partner with other small businesses for the services Classy Grass offers. This focus on collaboration and community pride is at the heart of everything we do.
Korley
Korley has quickly become an invaluable part of the Classy Grass team.
Despite his youth, he demonstrates exceptional skills and a strong work ethic that contribute significantly to our success. As a key member of our landscaping team, Korley is dedicated to ensuring all projects are completed correctly and on time. He often steps into a supervisory role, overseeing operations in the absence of owner Cody Weber. Working closely with Cody, Korley is continuously expanding his knowledge and experience in the landscaping field. His enthusiasm and proactive approach not only inspire his teammates but also foster a positive work environment.
Juan
Juan is an indispensable member of our landscaping team, bringing energy and dedication to every job site.
Fueled by caffeine and good music, he works tirelessly and keeps the team motivated. Juan is also known for teaching his teammates – especially Korley – a bit of Spanish along the way. Outside of landscaping, you might recognize Juan as one of the talented cooks at two of our local Mexican restaurants.
Jonny
Jonny is a key member of our mowing crew. He was the second employee to join Classy Grass Services.
Over time, he has honed his skills to a razor’s edge and consistently delivers top-quality service. In addition to his work with us, Jonny owns a photography business, Snowden Productions, and has contributed many of the stunning photos and videos showcasing Classy Grass’s work.
Dalton
Dalton is an integral member of our mowing crew, where he shares his expertise by mentoring team members new to the craft.
Known for his outstanding customer service, Dalton is passionate about ensuring every customer is delighted with their lawn. He takes great pride in his work, often showcasing his skill by sharing photos of the pristine stripes he mows into our customers’ yards. Outside of work, Dalton enjoys quality time fishing with his daughter.
Logan
Logan is a recent addition to our mowing team, working alongside Dalton as part of Mowing Crew 2.
His quick learning and ability to seamlessly integrate into the team have already made him a valuable asset. Outside of work, Logan has recently embraced an exciting new role – becoming a proud father to a baby girl.
Oscar
Oscar joined us recently, quickly making a positive impression with his dedication and cheerful demeanor.
Often spotted expertly handling push mowers, he thrives in a team environment and takes great pride in his hard work, always bringing a smile to the job site.
Office Crew
Libby
Libby’s role as office manager at Classy Grass reflects her lifelong commitment to service.
With 17 years as an emergency room nurse and her ongoing work teaching nursing, she approaches everything she does with care and dedication. In addition to her work, Libby gives back to her community by serving on boards that support abused children and enhance mental health resources for first responders.
Kelby
Kelby was born and raised in Decatur and attended Millikin University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management.
His educational background provides him with strong organizational and communication skills. Recently joining the Classy Grass team, Kelby has taken on the role of office assistant. He is responsible for managing customer affairs and ensuring that estimates are processed and delivered promptly, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Lawn Maintenance
Reed
Reed joined our team with valuable experience in fertilizer and herbicide applications.
He is currently completing his education to become a licensed applicator in the state of Illinois. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Reed takes pride in delivering beautiful, healthy turfs. Outside of work, he is a talented musician and is excitedly preparing to welcome his third child
Justin
Justin holds the distinction of being Classy Grass’s very first employee.
He started by working alongside Cody, mowing lawns and tackling landscaping projects. Now preparing for his senior year, Justin is thoughtfully considering his future career path. When he’s not in school, he plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicles and shop spaces.
